Survey of Attitudes Toward Statistics: Monmouth College

The Survey of Attitudes Toward Statistics (SATS) was created in the 1990's by Candace Schau. The SATS measures six attitude components: Affect, Cognitive Competence, Value, Difficulty, Interest, and Effort. There is a Pre- and Post- test version, and there are additional questions to explore additional characteristics of students. Working with Dr. Schau, we are exploring multiple research questions concerning the SATS.
